Project Description
The Charlie’s Produce expansion project consists of a multi-phase remodel and new construction project spanning the next 14 months. Work includes the reconfiguring of current utility and infrastructure feeding the existing and future warehouse spaces; new construction of a 50,000 SF chilled warehouse, and remodel work the existing warehouse adding additional office space and reconfiguring the existing warehouse and loading docks. Technical expertise will be required by all involved parties as installations cannot impact current operations and close coordination will be required by all involved parties.
