Bid proposals will be accepted only for those subcontractors and/or specialty contractors who, prior to bid openings, hold current licenses as public works contractors in the State of Idaho. Subcontractors will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage establised by the Idaho Legislature or by the Department of Labor - State of Idaho that is in effect at the time the contract is awarded. The Owner and/or the CM/GC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals with or without cause, for any reason determined in its sole subjective determination to be in its best interest and to waive any informality in bidding. Vendors supplying material only are not required to have an Idaho Public Works License. Final questions are due no later than Thursday, July 15th 2021 at 12:00PM Final addendum will be issued no later than Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
