Scope: This is a ground-up of a two story, wood framed office building in Kaysville, UT. The permit is expected to be approved mid November and the owner would like to get started as soon as possible after receiving a permit to achieve a spring/early summer move-in date. The owner is also seeking out any potential value-engineering options to reduce costs. Please include any and all VE options with your proposal. Trades will include but not limited to: Temporary fencing, staking, SWPPP, testing and inspections, earthwork and utilities, concrete and paving preparation, site retaining walls, asphalt, site furnishings, landscaping, site concrete, structural concrete and rebar, stone veneer and CMU dumpster enclosures, miscellaneous metal fabrications and hand rails, wood framing and rough carpentry, millwork, building insulation, caulking, asphalt shingle roofing, hardie siding, doors and frames, door hardware, fiberglass windows, aluminum storefront entrances, drywall, carpet tile flooring, LVT flooring, floor tile, wall tile, interior and exterior painting, bathroom specialties, fire specialties, signage specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, data conduit and pull strings and access controls.
