Construction of a new Main Street Plaza with Ice Skating Rink and Water Feature amenities as well as a new Stage and accessory building to support the plaza and future activities. Included in the work is the complete exterior remodel and shell improvements for the two buildings located at 41 Main Street and 45 Main Street. The project also includes improvements to the west parking lot and trash areas. Bidding includes Add/Deduct Alternates 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8 The work must be completed on or before December 28, 2022.
