This is a project for the LDS Church and will replace their existing Institute building. Our current design is at a Schematic Level with much more design in progress. Below is an outline of some of the key dates. We are requesting at this time a budget only based on these drawings and your knowledge of what this will take to build. Development plans include improvements to the site, and construction of an approximately 100,000 SF 2 story Institute. This will sit on a single level below grade parking garage with approx 180 stalls. Structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems will be designed appropriately for the location and Interior finishes will be typical of DFCM university classroom building quality standards.
