Rebuild of an existing Maverik C-Store in Montpelier, ID. Project consists of 3,409 S.F. building only at this time. Site and fuel work will be priced out at a later date. Project consists of excavation for footing and foundation, building footing and foundation concrete, floor slab, framing, roofing, insulation, interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Please review all the Bid documents completely. Bid Form: Bids do not have to be submitted on the bid form, but must include the required breakouts. Concrete Subcontractors to include Light Pole Bases shown on Electrical drawings Plumber and Electrician: are required to be on site during the concrete floor pouring to maintain specified floor penetrations Concrete Subcontractors: floor slab shall be flat (minimum 50 FF) and level (minimum 50 FL). Floor slab will be tested by owner for compliance. Liquidated Damages for Project: $2,000 per day
