Project Description
This project includes the realignment of Champ Drive, underground tunnel to building, completely New Construction of the Medhi Heravi Global Teaching and Learning Center, and all associated site work. Please note that we will be issuing subcontract agreements mid to end of October to the low responsible subcontractors. This will allow us to collect and review submittals, receive submittal approval, order all long lead items, and start construction on March 1, 2023. The project duration is current 14 months.
