Project Description
The Pain Center is a medical office building located in Pocatello. There is a basement and a main floor totaling 15,969 SF. This building will be wood framed with a truss system. The site work will include concrete, asphalt paving, striping, utilities, and landscaping. Building will include exterior finishes such as, stone veneer, curtain wall system, EIFS, siding, and metal wall panels. Building will include standard interior finishes such as drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, millwork, paint, etc. An elevator is required for this project. (A6.0) Any interior or exterior finishes can be found in the architectural drawings. Note that the door and window schedule is located on A5.0. Please send questions to the RFI contact below.
