Project Description
The Project shall consist of a build-out of a 6,808 SF food hall in the Suite 150-199 located on the ground floor of 330 East 400 South. The suite is bounded by a residential lobby, egress stair from the residential portion of the building, and a parking garage above, below, and adjacent. The suite egresses directly to the sidewalk on 2 sides. There is one door to the parking garage.
The existing conditions can loosely be described as white box with utilities stubbed into the space and perimeter fire rated partitions taped and mudded, but not finished.
