Project Description
This project will be phased between the front office area and the back area. The business will remain open during construction, and the office staff will temporarily move workstations to the warehouse area while the front addition takes place. Then they will move back to the front and work will commence in the rear portion of the project area. There will be some slight overlaps of this phasing plan, such as elevator install, etc. but this is generally how the phasing will play out.
